Handbuilding: private group
Please contact us to book a private workshop.
Get your mates together, choose your project and get creative.
A private workshop for groups from 4 to 10 people. This is your chance to immerse yourself in the world of clay in the company of friends, family or colleagues.
During this 2.5-hour workshop you'll follow a guided tuition to create your very own project as selected by your group. We'll show you how to use pinch, coil and/or slab techniques to create your very own masterpieces in a fun and social environment. At the end of the class, you'll leave your work at the studio to be glazed, fired and prepared for collection, or shipping, within 3-4 weeks of the workshop.
Groups are able to select from the following projects:
- 'Breakfast at Lucy's' - create a breakfast plate or bowl, and a mug, using pinch and slab techniques
- 'When life gives you lemons...' - create a citrus juicer and tumbler using pinch and slab techniques
- 'Flower power' - create a mini plant pot and drip dish using slab and coil techniques
- 'Freestyle' - we show you the techniques and you create your own
