Are all your products handmade?

Yes. Everything is made by me (Lucy) in my small home studio in Bright, Victoria.

Where can I buy your work?

You can purchase my work online, or keep an eye on my socials for updates on the markets I attend.

You can also find a range of my work at the following stockists, but please contact the store to ensure the item you want is in stock:

  • Bowerbird Bright, Bright VIC
  • Sixpence Coffee, Bright VIC
  • Mumbleberry, Wilston QLD
  • Forrest General Store, Forrest VIC

I bought multiple of the same item, but they don't look the same - why is this?

All of my products are handmade, which makes each one unique. So although they are made to the same style, there may be variations in the size, glaze and colour of each piece. This is the beauty of buying handmade!

How best should I care for my Lucy Jane Ceramics items?

All items are dishwasher and microwave safe unless stated. However, I recommend that you handwash them to maximise their life span.

How much does shipping cost?

Items are shipped at a flat rate of $15 within Australia. Please see our shipping policy for full details.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

All sales are final unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit.

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours to discuss a refund or replacement, as per the Refund policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered. Full details can be found in our shipping policy.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact uswithin 48 hourswith images and a brief description of the damage. If you are happy with a replacement of equal value this will be sent free of charge, otherwise a refund will be provided.

Do you make custom pieces?

I am always happy to discuss private and commercial commissions. Commissions are considered based on availability, project scope and studio capacity.
