Returns and exchanges
No returns or exchanges are offered unless goods are proven to be faulty.
Damaged items
All items are checked to ensure they are in good order before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with images and a brief description of the damage. If you are happy with a replacement of equal value this will be sent free of charge, otherwise a refund will be provided.
